This place is clean, well taken care of and has a little of everything. Great machines and free weights. As a female, I appreciated the machines facing the wall when needed. The owner is super nice and helpful, and has his sweet dog around too! Saw personal training each day while we were there. Appreciated the price for a drop in! I am a retired Fireman who was hurt on the job. Jason has created my workouts within my mobility issues that have allowed me to come to a level of fitness I haven’t had since I retired 6 years ago. He follows up weekly with my progress, and continually provides feedback for my workouts! How many other trainers do that! My progress has been so consistent!
